1. Who We Are

SyncMuse is a platform designed to help musicians, producers, and audio creators collaborate asynchronously. Right now, we're in an early beta stage. Features may change, break, or be removed as we continue to build.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use SyncMuse. If you’re under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your Content

• You keep ownership of all music, audio, and other content you upload.
• By uploading content, you grant SyncMuse a limited license to store, process, and display it so the platform works as intended.
• You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you share (e.g., samples, stems, plugins).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Try to hack, disrupt, or misuse the service.
• Harass or abuse other users.

5. Beta Disclaimer

SyncMuse is provided "as is" during this beta phase. We don't guarantee uptime, feature completeness, or that your data won't be lost. Please keep backups of your important files.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we'll notify users (e.g., via email or on-site notice).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea.
