Once your paid subscription begins, refunds are generally not provided except in specific circumstances outlined below, such as billing errors, technical issues, or unauthorized charges.

Technical Issues
- If you experience a service outage or technical issue that prevents you from using core features for an extended period (more than 48 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund.
- Technical issues must be reported to our support team at info@syncmuse.co within 7 days of occurrence.
Billing Errors
- If you are charged incorrectly due to a system error, we will issue a full refund of the incorrect charge.
- Duplicate charges will be refunded immediately upon verification.
Unauthorized Charges

- We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge is determined to be unauthorized.
Not eligible for refund
- Subscription fees for any paid billing period (monthly or annual).

Cancellation vs. Refund
Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Exceptions & Special Cases
Promotional pricing
If you subscribed at a promotional rate, the refund amount will be the actual amount paid, not the regular price.

If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Account termination
Accounts terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy or Content Policy forfeit any refund eligibility.
